False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are provided at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These programs commence at NCV level 2 and also the minimum amount prerequisite would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, being comparable to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes website start NCV degree two that's equivalent to an NQF level 2.
